TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all agreements that the customer (referred to as "you") enters with DEVÏ. By placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions. Please make sure you have read and understand the terms and conditions before you place an order. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice. The version of terms and conditions that apply to your order are those found on the website at the time you place your order.
Order
ALL PRICES ARE INDICATED IN EUROS. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your order and its details. Note that this email is only a confirmation that we have received your order but is not an acceptance of your order. As soon as you will get an acceptance letter, which means that we approved your order, you will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been processed.
Secure payment
It is safe to shop with credit card at www.devï.com. Your credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Encryption technology has a high safety standard. This means that the information is sent via a secure connection and your card information can not be read by outsiders. We accept Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard.
National and International Shipping
We ship all international orders with DHL directly from Luxembourg. Shipping costs for national/international orders with DHL are from 4,90-12 Euros.. The price is the same regardless of size and weight. The Parcels inside Europe normally arrive within 3-14 working days from the date we receive the order. Orders outside of Europe can take up to 2-3 weeks.. In case a package is returned to Luxembourg because the buyer did not claim the package, we do not send replacements. Devï is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your parcel during delivery as we are not in charge of this process. The buyer will be responsible for any further customs charges that could be applied to your package.
Return & Refund
We gladly will refund your order within 14 days upon you receiving your purchase. All returns must be sent via registered mail in their original condition. In case of any dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. No returns is offered on reduced/discounted items. When we receive the goods, we will review it and you will be refunded the amount you have paid at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to withhold a payment until the item is received. When the item is received, we will return the money within 7 weekdays. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used at the purchase. For example, if you have paid by credit card, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment credit card you used to purchase. Note: YOU CAN LOOSE YOUR MONEY,WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY, IF THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT IS REDUCED, BECAUSE:
1) You have used or washed the item or it has been damaged whilst in your possession.
2) You have handled the item differently than it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way in which they work.
3) You have not followed the restrictions in the right of refund.
