Our Carmen Ruffle blouse is a great top to wear in summer with some nice shorts or a beautiful skirt. During winter you can pair the top with a turtleneck. The wrap designs are really popular: You can wrap them as tight or loose as you want to. Leave them open to wear like a kimono or knot with a little bow. This unique item is handmade by the saree-suppliers Vimla, Kamla, and Babou who run a small family business in Northern India.
